Once again, looking for a ride. If no one is available by this weekend for sure, I'll rent a cargo van from uhaul and would be able to take one other person with me (most likely) Otherwise, I have invested in a trailer hitch for my car, and I should be able to afford a small single bike trailer by next season, that way I can stop bugging the shit out of you guys :jester:
If your hitch is rated for 400lbs, a bike carrier isn't expensive. I used one to get to BHF a few weekends ago.
Stalker but spot on. My bike is located in Lockport and is right off of 355, and is really easy to get to.
No, you're picking my bike up from my work in Maywood Thursday. I'm driving myself from work on Friday. No reason for you to make another trip with that gas-guzzling pickup of yours. I'll have a passenger seat available. Can't help you with your bike, though.
Just a thought...I have one of these for sale, only weighs 140lbs perfect for a car with low towing capacity. Has a condor wheel chock, one person loading, unloading. Whole trailer disassembled fits in the trunk of my caddy. http://trailerinabag.com/trailers.html
How much are you looking for the trailer? As of right now, I have no expendable cash, but hopefully in the near future I will.
Bit the bullet and bought a hitch for the car. 200 TW 2,000lb limit. Enough to tow a Uhaul motorcycle trailer. imp: I'm done bothering all you guys, see you on Saturday and Sunday :woot: trailer in a bag is my go-to option when funds allow.
