Marc is right.....there is no other track like it in this country! I love every part of it except the change to turn 11 that's there to slow you down. Between turn 11 & 12 is just amazing. Also the hill between 5 & 6 is a blast on a liter bike......:wheel:

Honestly, aside from the surroundings, I don't really enjoy RA that much. Don't get me wrong, the facilities are great, the environment is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the track is well maintained. It's just the track itself. There are barely any corners, so you spend most of the time in a tuck. It just doesn't give me the same workout that my "home" track ACC does. Plus, I go through gas like nobody's business thanks to the constant WOT nature of the track. I'm not sad I've ridden it a couple times, but I don't have a pressing need to return. I might feel differently if I had a liter bike, but I prefer riding a middleweight.

I think you meant: "the change to T11 that's meant to keep emergency services workers from scraping riders off of the wall" :fear:

I spoke with plenty of SCCA Pro racers who still pucker every single lap hitting the kink. After picking up pieces of a GT1 Camaro that stretched almost all the way to the left kink before Canada corner, I can see why.

I already said I might feel differently if I had a liter bike...I have zero desire to ride one on the track, though, and the performance is a complete waste on the road.
