Can anyone recommend someone who can rebuild a steering dampener? I have a stock one in my ducati 999 I would like to get rebuilt with alittle thicker oil instead of spending 600 bucks on an ohlins one. Thanks

    It's also a damper. Not a dampener.

Buy a GPR....... They will support it for rebuilds for life if ever needed.......

That's IF you can get ahold of someone. I had a problem when I bought mine. Have tried all methods of communication. The one time I got to talk to a person, he had to transfer me to their tech person in back, guess what, no answer. Got dumped to VM. I have tried 6, yes 6 times to get the problem solved. Nothing. I'll just take care of it myself in the off season.

Pit Bull sells an awesome stabilizer as well offering lifetime service on it.

Yeah, called CA. I could just ship it to them but I'd kind of like to go over the problem with someone first. I'm just going to take care of it. One hole that mounts the damper to the bracket has a bigger hole on the right than the left. The supplied bolt just drops in, with no screwing. Just going to drill and tap both side so they are the same size. Just an annoyance.
