I'm looking at buying the bazaaz unit with everyone it but I'm wondering how well the tc really works. Has anyone used this and is it worth the extra 300?Also, has anyone used the z bomb? I'm running an 07 6th bow.
I am assuming from your profile pic that you have an 07 CBR 600RR, correct? Most will argue that TC is not necessary on a 600 and that is typically correct as learning throttle control is important. Now, the benefit for getting this setup is if you ever need TC, it is there and more importantly Bazzaz only packages the ZFi, QS and TC together and a QS is an awesome tool to have. For the ability to use a quick shifter and it all be setup for you without having to guess at what extra modules or flash tunes, it is worth it. The Z-Bomb tricks the ECU on some of its factory settings and can be worth some extra power assuming a good tune is done as well.
Yea it'san 07 600rr . I tried putting it at the end of the post but auto correct stepped in. The TC I'daadjustable to how much it steps in. I just want to make sure the Bazzaz is a good system and worth the money. From everything reading it definitely seems to be.
Kinda figured as much. Yes, you can actually turn the TC down to near off. Call me if you want to pick one up.
Yes, it's a good system. My wife has that setup on her 08 cbr600rr. Nice to use the dial to adjust with adverse conditions.
I was told by Patrick at Bazzaz to submit my resume for rider support. If I'maable to use that support, if I get it, through you guys I most definitely will.
is that for races only or does it apply to track day junkies? They have my zfi/qs box and I am having them upgrade the box to include traction.

What bike?
My 2010 Zx10r had a qs Switch go bad and than the bike started to run bad. Turned out my fuel pump screen got plugged.but since he had the box I had him unlock and add traction to it. Anyone have a great buy on a tractions control switch and activation light let me know. I sent the box switch and wiring harness all tested good but the switch was showing some wear.

Let me know who you usetto tune. I'mllooking at a few shops locally but I don't know if I trust them to get the timing for the qs right.
My QS/zfi I have had for 4 years base map maybe a couple extra on the 1/2 shift never have had a issue up till the switch at little tally. If I do headers this winter I am going to Hoffer Performance... that's who does skidooboy (Eric) Bikes and have him dyno and map it. for now I have a slipon map from Bazzaz that I smoothed a little for my bike and it's pretty good I did have it dynode and tested a few years back
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Hoffer-Performance-LLC/126334670771417 22455 W Gary Rd Brant, Michigan I would use him or see if I could get Apex to dyno it pretty sure Richard still has the mobile dyno he had track side a few times
Getting traction control for that beast? Nice!
for roughly 150 bucks total why wouldn't I? Wish they would told me two years ago when I got my box replaced I could upgrade that cheap. I would have then. Weather around deals gap looks good next weekend we may take the bikes with us for xmas
