My son and I will be attending Tally 10/31 and would both like to get to intermediate. We both ride first group novice and this will be our 5th track day. Any advice is welcome, thanks. Looking forward to some family fun with the kid.

    E-Van What's an apex?

Talk to your coach about it and remember that predictability and consistency is better than speed. Good luck and have fun!

Thank you. I think we are both consistent and predictable but I'm not as fast as my son. I have no problem riding with the novice group but he wants to move up so guess I'll try to move up so I can try to follow. I will be talking to a coach after lunch. Looking forward to a good weekend.

    FZ1guy Hey - Watch this...

I got my son into going to the track with me a few years ago. We both bumped up to A at the same time. Now it's all I can do to keep up with him. Have fun.

I know what you mean about keeping up with the kids. My son wants to move up so I will try just so he can pass me on the track. Been there already on the dirt. We will have fun for sure.
