Well I have gone from a Joe Rocket Two piece to the Teknic Violator 1pc and really love how it looks and made. (Thanks SBTG!) Any idea's or Tips on how I can break this thing in? Its kind of tight on my crotch....ok its really tight  when I try to stand up strait. Everything else fits very well. Thanks

You need to sweat in the suit before it starts stretching out. My current Teknic Violator suit was so tight in the crotch and chest when I first got it that i got claustrophobic in it. I could only wear it for about 10 minutes. I sat around on the couch in it, at home watching some racing, no I didn't have the helmet on LOL. After wearing it in the house a few times and getting sweaty, it stretched out nicely. Then I bought a a thick Knox chest protector and had to stretch the chest area out some more.

The suit will stretch out nicely, but they can be very uncomfortable at first. You need to sweat in it!!!

Yeah wear it around the house a couple days to get it started, then just go ride, after a day or two on the track it'll be good to go, stretching it out around the house will get it so you can atleast wear it on the bike without pulling a muscle lol

From personal experience: Buy the suit to fit with all your protectors (back and chest) on!

I had my suit shipped directly to me at Daytona this year, due to the tight schedule. My crew chief gave me a hard time, but I slept in my new suit.

    ......don't laugh.....it worked!

I throw it on the ground a few times to release any magnetic attraction it may have with the ground. In all seriousness, you will just have to wear it some. You likely won't feel it too tight once you get going because you are thinking about other things and you won't be standing up on your bike.
