Thanks Tea! Now if I could just print them out actual size.... Anyone know where to get 8 square mile sheets of laminant?
I'm glad you guys find me entertaining:jester: but I can't take full credit for the idea. I got the idea from the WERA board. I was going to race Summit Point for the first time and only my 2nd Wera race and was looking for tips etc and someone posted this
i remember seeing that. they missed the blind turns though. and the most important "don't crash here" notation at the bridge.
So turn 12, which is at the bottom of your track map (last turn on the track)... looks like this: You'll notice there is the old turn 12, which is the more gentle bend, then new turn 12, which Google labels "Alt Turn 12"... then there is the separate pit roads for the inner and outer paddocks.... new turn 12 runs the inner paddock, old turn 12 the outer. t
Your line coming out of 12 seems a little sketch.... were you trying to run Harris off the track again??? :wheel: t
Nice work Tea, this is really cool! Track maps are VERY useful, especially if you take notes on them each weekend.
glad they're going to push us through the new 12. I havent ran at ATL, but that wall to the left of the old 12 always sketched me out. I may run here with NESBA in April, and hopefully i will get out to the STT day in whenever it is.
Hi Tea, It looks like your VIR map is of the "Full Course". I have not been there, but it looks like bikes typically ride the "North Course" and that is also what is on the schedule later this month.
