Any rumors about STT 2012 Eastern division? 2011 sucked for me when Monticello & Pocono shut down. NJMP is OK but requires an overnite stay for me and gets pricy particularly when the weather is off.

    Probably not.

Monticello is now closed to outside business (motorcycle wise).

  3. Will there be an eastern div in 2012?? I hope.

The lack of an Eastern schedule is a bummer big time. I am going to be moving from Wiscosin to Northern Virgina this spring. I was hoping to be able to keep riding with STT. It was a great 4+ years of riding with STT. I guess I will be looking into the other orgs to see what I can find. Good luck to all of you.

Team Pro-Motion is a great org that runs dates at NJMP, Summit point, VIR and more. In many ways, it will be not unlike running with STT. Both clubs have a similar structure and family -and like feel. (I should add that o coach for them, after being w STT since 2005.)

I had a great season with STT in 2010. Grateful for the chance to work with great staff and great customers! Pity about Monticello for sure...

    Not to Thread Jack...

But Boston Moto is a great organization that runs events at NHMS!

    Bummer

Ah, that's a shame. I haven't done a motorcycle track day for a few years now, and am starting to get the itch to get back out there.

I miss the quality group of people that I used to ride with at Reduc. Seems like the whole track day scene has really changed in the last five or so years.

Heck, I don't even own a bike that's appropriate for the track, but I'd still like to drag my FZ6 out there. I'm especially drooling, reading about the upcoming Liberty Bell Motorsports Park, since it'll be less than half an hour from me. (Just hope it doesn't pull a Rausch Creek on us....)

it looks for all the world like another Rousch Creek. After many, many years, they have a shed and computer animated video of a lap around the track that they hope to build. The process has been mired in lawsuits from the surrounding community, who doesn't want the track built in their back yards. It's a shame. I'd love to see it built, as it would mean two tracks within 75 minutes from my home.

come out & join TPM at NJMP- They've got nearly 50 dates there this year, as well as another 50 or so at other tracks in the region.

i dont work for TPM ;)
that really sucks. i was really hoping that STT would do at least a couple days at NJMP.
ill reiterate what Dave said, BostonMoto has dates at New Hmapshire Motor Speedway (NHMS). very technical track, and demanding as well. one day here is like 2 days at NJMP.
