    is there a way to see the balance left on our loyalty cards? or do I have to do math by myself?

    A friend that's going to come to the track this season said the site is a little confusing for those with little or no track knowledge. I asked what exactly and he said it was the "overview" page. It took a few questions pointed at me before he understood the different types of days and why they exist.

    Any thoughts?
     
  8. When I click on the dates that I want, it only says novice is availible. I rode intermediate last year so I hope it's not actualy filled up..

    don't know what to tell you.

    It's actually THE SAME as it has been the last several years. Somehow people made it thru. It's all the same info and pretty much in the same place. just a different style to the site.

    I didn't write it. I copied it from all the previous years.

    One thing that threw me off for a while in buying an event: the skill level was preset to Intermediate (correct) with black buttons. I figured it was all set, but adding the event to my cart did nothing with no error message. Turns out I had to click the Intermediate buttons, they turn red, and then you CAN add it to your cart. If there was a "please select your skill level" error message, I never saw it.

    OH - it won't accept my gift certificate from the Black Friday sale. I think I'll have to get through to Crystal on this....

    I tried using my loyalty card gift certificate number that I got on black Friday, and it said the number was invalid or balance has been used up.

    I emailed Crystal about it, as this is the first time I've used it.

    Thought I'd post up in the event there was a trick I didn't know about.

    You should have gotten a new email with a new code.

    it's actually the first 10 digits of the old one. Give it a try and let me know if you have NOT gotten a new email.

    if that's the case, i need to know what's after @ in your email address.

    Once we purchase using the loyalty card, will we be sent a confirmation email for track time?
