Came off the bike last summer. Nothing too bad. It's a mostly white suit so it has a lot of black on it now. So I need the leather cleaned up.

Is there anywhere local here in Chicago western burbs? I know there is a STT service but I'm trying to avoid the extra cost of shipping the suit there and back.

It would be worth shipping it to Dan.....

2nd shipping it to Dan. I have no complaints and I don't think anybody else does, either.

    He fixed mine up
Take all the armor out of it and fold it up tight
    Ship in smallest box possible
    Well worth the price

    indy What's an apex?

Does STT do leather cleaning also.
What does it run. Was going to send to Bill, but I do like supporting STT.

I damaged my shoulder and elbow/arm armor when I fell. I emailed Cortech for replacement parts and they said the armor is not removable.

Meanwhile, I have the armor out of the suit sitting on my desk. Did you just get a dumb service rep? Would they really make a suit where you can't replace the armor?

I am trying again with them but in the meantime, can you buy generic armor to put in the suit? How is that stuff sized? How will I know it fits? The cortech armor looks crappy enough anyway so if I have the option, I would like an upgrade. Any ideas?
