    Here are some helpful track day facts for Gingerman Raceway:

    Gingerman Raceway is in ET (Eastern Standard Time), 1 Hour ahead of Chicago Time.


    Event Details:
    • Registration will be held in the garage near the track. Tech and Registration opens at 7:30am all days, and closes at 8:15am for the rider's meeting. They will re-open after the rider's meeting.
    • You must register first, before heading over to the tech inspection area.

    FRIDAY
    • Registration for Fridays Bike night starts at 3:15
    • Mandatory riders meetings at 4:15, track goes hot at 5pm
    • Showers are available.
    • Limited electric available, you must pay the track for that.
    • Fuel available: 93 unleaded 100 unleaded 110 leaded.
    • Pets are allowed but MUST be on a leash at all times. Please "clean up" after your pets.
    • STT Instructors will be there and available just like any other regular STT day
    SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY
    • There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am. Everyone is required to attend, including spectators if they are in the paddock.
    • Camping is available (see person at front gate for details)
    • Showers are available
    • Concession stand open for breakfast and lunch
    • Pets are allowed but MUST be on a leash at all times. Please "clean up" after your pets.
    At 9am the Novice group reports to the classroom (after riders meeting) where registration was held and Intermediate goes on track first.

    Please note some NEW tech rules regarding GoPro (or similar) cameras:
    • All Gopros (or similar cameras) that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the CAMERA CASE to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
    • helmet mounted Gopros (or similar cameras) are NOT ALLOWED at all on track.
    • NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.

    **Please keep your area clean and do not leave any race gas cans or tires or any other garbage when you leave

    What time do the gates close on friday for late arrivals?

    Is the concession stand open Friday night for dinner?

    Also, who is doing tire and suspension service?

    Are bikes/pit bikes allowed?

    Are we allowed to walk/bike the track when it's cold?

    Is there a gate fee for spectators? I dont see anything on this post or the roll call, wife and kids are coming and want to know before getting to the gate.

    Yes. Charging $5 for riders and spectators.
