Lately I have, used too but got lazy riding motorcycles.
Wore my legs out riding up and down Michigan hills the last month. I think they'll be stronger for track riding.
My legs were getting quite tired from moving from side to side between corners.

I have been riding single track several times a week this year. We have a group of 5-7 of us that have been making it a weekly gig, switching between various trails in the metro Detroit areas, if you care to join. Best time of the year to ride is coming up in the next month or so.

I run and ride a road bike to stay in shape, but lately have been finding that's not enough to be ready for a nice 3 day weekend. My legs were 100% done by Monday lunch. Need to hit the gym this winter and actually build some strength.

I do quite a bit of core work and spend my share of time at the gym hitting the weights.
It's not my muscles that hurt after a couple days at the track, it's my joints...These damn knees hate sitting in an aggressive riding position :(

I just started riding a bicycle last year and it was the best thing I have done yet to help me get ready for the motorcycle on the track. I try to ride at least two times a week at a minimum.

I did not know what Single Track was until I just googled it. Maybe a trip to the SW would be Nirvana for trail biking.

Used to but knees took a beating mt biking so laid off for 2 yrs. Prefer road biking but with the shear number of mental midgets behind the wheel, my plans on rebuilding my old 1987 Miyata road race bicycle are up in the air (looking to update it to an 18-20 spd).

I mountain bike but not just to stay in shape. I love it and southern Utah is an absolute candy land for mountain bikers. If I were asked to choose between my Giant Trance and my R6 it'd be a tough choice.

While the two bikes are vastly different, I do feel like mountain biking helps my track riding. I think it helps me read feedback from tires and suspension and overall adds time spent feeling the bike.

I had to make that choice when deciding to replace my 600RR. Went with a Specialized Epic Marathon 29er, and while I miss track days this year, it's nice to get out and enjoy the outdoors while saving money without the stress of chasing lap times. Now I'm chasing times on Strava,

Ummm yeah. Sort of. I actually ride my bicycle, run and workout to make myself sore all the time, instead of just after track days. Ha! But yes, it does help. :)

I think I have some of those things hanging in my garage. Are you supposed to ride them? Where is the engine?
