Headed that way(north Texas) next week for good. Any folks here in that area? What tracks do you recommend?

We'll miss ya at BHF CCS races. Gonna try to make John's life a bit more miserable in LWF40 next season. Gonna try to snag some more HP out of the SV and lighten it up more (both bike and me :D).

It was a great season. Lots of good people here in the area. You were great company at race weekends! I'm sure John will appreciate the competition! AM-Expert advancement list was posted today. Back to being a back marker....
Thanks for the track recommendations. Shoot me a pm if you live in the area.
    Thanks
    Ty

Did they finally repave that narrow strip of rubble they call a race track?

Check out the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA). I lived in Texas for 18 years and cut my teeth on fast motorcycles with them. They are a great bunch of folks and run a lot of events. You won't be to far from Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in Oklahoma either...one of my favorite tracks that CMRA runs at. Back in the day CMRA even ran a race once a year in Monterrey, Mexico. I highly recommend attending that event. Tecate Beer is based there and they always threw a big party for us; complete with Mariachi Bands, full blown banquet layout in the downtown park, beautiful Senorita's serving drinks and treated us like we were MotoGp riders or something!
