    Hey guys,
I recently bought a used pair of Sidi Vortice off ebay. They looked in great conditions, but after 1 day the sole is ungluing and cracking. My thought is they were very old and over time the plastic hardened.
Anyways, I'm trying to get them resoled but I'm having really hard time finding somebody willing to do it.
I contacted Sidi and they don't offer any customer support (ridiculous).
I went to local cobblers and nobody is comfortable doing it.
I also contacted www.nushoe.com, mxbootrepair.com/ and resole.com and none of them wants to do it.

I cannot believe there is no way to resole these boots.

Do you guys know any place I could ask?

    Thanks,
    Guido

Ungluing and cracking? On a pair of Vortices? Do they not have the replaceable soles inserts?

My first thought at the cracking is that they're fakes or have been poorly resoled before. I have a six year old pair of Vertigos that were well worn and thoroughly abused and they are still in one piece.
