    Selling my 2005 SV650S, would make a great beginner track/race bike. $1999

    Upgrades Include:
    Woodcraft clip-ons
    Vortex rear-sets
GSXR shock and upgraded cartridge forks, done by DMR Suspension
    Motion Pro Quick-Turn throttle
CRG Brake Lever, Stainless steel brake lines
Also fully safety wired for racing

I am the third owner to race this bike so it is not cosmetically perfect. It has been taken care of and is in good mechanical condition (runs strong, rides straight, shifts smooth). Bike is located in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Selling the bike to move up to a 600, would be willing to trade and add cash for the right bike.

    Craigslist posting has pictures:

Out of curiosity how cheap is it to maintain the Sv's?

About as cheap as any other Japanese bike. It goes through fewer tires than a 600 or 1000 would. Leave the engine stock and just feed it gasoline, oil, and tires.

+1 SVs are pretty bulletproof if the engine is stock.
