Asking for my father in law who has a pinched nerve in his neck and wants to know if there is anything he can wear while at the track to help.

Check into the Leatt STX Road or STX RR. Designed to work with leather suits with aero humps, and doesn't interfere with the helmet while looking through the corner.

Thanks I forwarded him the info.
What about neck support? Not just crash protection, is there a ring or something for that purpose?

Maybe he could use a sort of cushion to help prop the helmet up? Something that would help support it when the neck is neutral and still give enough to move the head around when needed.
I've never seen a product designed to help support a helmet, though I've never looked.
