Putnam July 14-15 Role Call and Lodging?

Hey guys I'm new to STT. I have been to Putnam before but it was only a day trip as a spectator. This will be my second track day event ( Idid a day a couple weeks ago at the mid ohio school.) Anyway what seems to be the popular place to stay if not camping?

 

I've hosted a couple riders. The track is about 30 miles from the house. 45 min or so to get there.
Don't mind dogs give me a yell.

Thanks so much for the offer. And i love dogs (i have 3)! Lol. But Im going to get a room and was hoping that there might be a place that alot of the guys stay for some after track hours comradery.

I am pretty big into offroading with the Hummer club and we usually use a specifc hotel as our base camp after a day on the trails. So i was wondering if STT guys were the in same frame of mind?

 

The should be reporting in sooner or later. There is a camp ground west of there I think some stay.
Plan on being there unless we go back to 95f and 90% humidity.

Nope, being on a budget my away days have to be planned. Road America was the following weekend.
That and as a birthday present I bought my son in law, a track day so he could enjoy RA.

Planning on being there 7/15... did the same Putnam event last year... and planned on doing many more track days since... but budget and scheduling (I work Saturdays) has not allowed...

 

I will be there sat and Sunday with my wife crashing in a buddies motor home guessing the near by campground.

 

I will be there the 15th as well.. looking forward to learning this course

 

I'll be there on Sunday for my first track day after a 1.5 year hiatus... I'll be in the thunderdome group on a ratty looking, new-to-me Fireblade... Probably going slow until I get back in a groove.

 

I'll be there Sunday to ride this track for the first time and bringing with me a friend who's only doing his third trackday ever. Should be an awesome time!

 

Anyone have any recommendations for hotels near Putnam? Nothing fancy, just need a safe place to stay with my trailer. Thanks!

 

I always crash at the Holiday Inn Express in Cloverdale. Decent breakfast, clean rooms, quiet hotel, what's not to like? Other than price...

 

I need to get back to Putnam soon..... That Yellow Pool at the Holiday Inn in Greencastle is priceless..... I have not even been since the repave...

 

Heading to Putnam now....staying at Econolodge in Cloverdale, Doesn't look the greatest but it's a place to sleep! See you all tomorrow.
