You guys missed out on some beautiful weather and a very open event. We combined the Adv/Inter groups to make it 30min sessions (Racer Practice then the commoners...) I had two coaches all to myself and was able to get some serious evaluation for Advance group (which went in my favor)! All day, both Troy and Scott gave me some really good feedback and I was immediately able to exceed my lap time goals. They pushed me past my mental blocks and now I can comfortably say I am not the same rider that started that morning. Look forward to another STT event ASAP!
