Can someone explain a little more about what the small bore event is?
    Is this on large circuit?
Are two strokes allowed under 200cc?

This is not an STT event. You should be able to find that information on the web page for that event though. :)

Ok, this was text that made me think otherwise.

"Now, the Barber Motorsports Park is teaming up with Sportbike Track Time to run its small bore racing event. You can be part of the action by registering through www.sportbiketracktime.com. Please check the rules and regulations for eligibility and all racers will be required to sign a waiver. Your admission to the Barber event is included when you register prior to your arrival at the track. Please see www.sportbiketracktime.com for more details."

    Knolly What's an apex?

It definitely is an STT event for this year, I'm super curious about regulations for the 2hr endurance race.

In the past, this event was held on the autocross track, not on the main track. I assume it is the same this year, but don't see any indication, though the picture from the Barber page shows the autocross track. It does say that registration is at the proving grounds which is also the autocross track.

Here is the info from the STT website about this specific event.

The trackday sessions will be run in standard STT format: Intermediate, Advanced, and Novice groups with coaches available. You can purchase as many 20-minute track sessions as you’d like, to be redeemed at the MiniGP track on Friday. Each skill group will enjoy up to 7 sessions (individually purchased) on both Friday and Saturday, starting at 9am. Sunday will have 5 trackday sessions in the afternoon from 12pm - 5pm only, following the endurance race that starts at 9am.
CC Requirements for Trackday Sessions: 200cc and below
Age Requirements for Trackday Sessions: 11yrs old and older
NOTE: The price for the 20-minute trackday sessions does NOT include general admission to Small Bore. You must purchase a general admission ticket at the Barber Motorsports gate to Small Bore to enter the event, and then show your MiniGP sessions receipt at the proving grounds registration table.

I think we'll be formally announcing this on FB etc. later today - but yes, STT will be running the MiniGP on the Barber proving grounds at Small Bore. Super stoked for it!!!!!!!

This looks fun! Any chance that something like this may happen in Michigan? Gingerman ? Grattan ? :)

That's cool, I had no idea that small track even existed!

  10. For the endurance, what is the minimum number of riders? I went ahead and snagged one of the spots just to be safe.

Also, will there be a warm up session prior to the 9AM start of the Endurance? If yes, is this included in the endurance entry fee or do you need a session pass?

    Thank you,
    Steven
