Event/Track Facts:

• PPRC is in ET (Eastern Time) one hour ahead of Chicago
• Gates open Saturday at 7am and close at 6pm (must be out of the paddock by 6pm)
• Gates open Sunday at 7am and close at 6pm (must be out of the paddock by 6pm)
• While waiting in line for the gates to open, please keep right along the roadway path to the gate so staff and pass on the left. This will help expedite registration and tech inspection setup.
• You will not be allowed to access the track and set your pit up on Friday evening, however you do not have to pack up on Saturday if you are staying for both days
• Everyone must register if you are riding on the track....If you arrive at the track a bit late (7:30a - 8:00a), please park and go to registration first, before setting up your pit area. This way we can get the riders meeting started and get to track hot on time
• NO gate fee
• Camping is NOT ALLOWED at PPRC
• Showers are NOT available
• Concession stand open for lunch only
• NO electricity available, unless you reserved a garage bay
• STS will be there for tire service
• Turn One will be there for Suspension Service
• Race/Pump gas is available, but no credit or debit card. All fuel must be paid in cash and dispensed into fuel cans.

Registration:

Registration opens at 7:00am Saturday & Sunday and closes at 8:15am for the rider's meeting. For any registration or admin needs after 9:00am, you must go to garage# 1. After you register, you will be handed a group sticker to place on the front of your bike (not on the tire fender) and head over to the tech area for inspection which will be held at garage# 1. If you have a garage on reserve, please go to Garage# 1 after you have registered. You will be assigned a garage# after you have checked in.

• Tech inspection will be held at garage# 1. Please be sure to register first and have your sticker placed on your bike before heading over to the tech inspection area.
• All Gopros (or similar cameras) that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
• NO helmet mounted Gopros (or similar helmet mounted cameras) Unfortunately, they are NOT ALLOWED at all on track
• NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.

Riders Meeting:
[*]There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am. Everyone is required to attend, including spectators if they are in the paddock. The riders meeting will be held in front of garage# 1. Please be on time.

***Please keep your area clean do not leave any race gas cans, tires or any other garbage when you leave.***

WE MUST BE OUT OF THE PADDOCK BY 6pm SATURDAY & SUNDAY
