Hey Everyone, New girl just started riding with the man. Name is Priscilla. Looking to buy new gear to start off with. Any recommendations on helmets? Looking for some guide in the direction of manufacturer, brand, what is in style and a good price. Thanks!
Find a retailer. Wear the helmet 30 to 60 minutes, the later is better. To tight and you can get headaches. For most, you get what you pay for. I look for max air flow, (expect to use ear plugs) Since doing track days, would be good to have EMT removable cheek pads for the just in case. Helmet is one item, you don't buy used. If shopping on-line make sure they have a return policy and read it. Welcome to the fun.
