Nice,, shame it's 12 hours away..

Not sure from the sounds of it if they will open it up for motorcycle track days.

yep, sounds like the same concept as AMPS Atlanta Motorsports Park. Exotic car country club set up is totally for cars. Hard to believe someone would build a track and exclude so many customers with a bike unfriendly design but its their money and their business plan. They say there are 80,000 exotics in the Atlanta metro area so it probably works there but in a rural county in TX....we'll see, good luck, I sincerely hope they make it and inspire more track builds....that include bikes.

The area of TX it's in isn't far from very prominent/affluent communities so I'm sure they will be fine catering to the exotic automotive snobs.. but still would be nice to see bikes have a go; I think it will happen (them opening it up to two wheeled track snobs) :)

Maybe, maybe not. It seems when they build these types of tracks they do not build in sufficient runoff areas for bikes. That is what to look for

Which makes no sense to me. Even if you are totally focused on cars, I would think that a guy with a new Lava Orange Porsche GT3 RS would prefer vast runoff as much as a bike guy....who wants to plant your exotic into the armco ?? There are places at AMPS were the barriers are within 20 ft of the edge of the track. Oh well, all i can do is win the powerball lotto and build one my way, which will end up being a bike only track and then some car forum guy will be bad mouthing me then.
