It sure was a challenging weekend. My first time riding Mid O damp Saturday, holy crap... Sunday was busy but so much fun.

Race 1 was a blast, went from 33rd (grid was by points due to weather) to 20th by lap 2. Race 2 didn't go as well as I hoped but finished 20th with Oliver on my tail.

It was nice to see everyone. Congratulations to Team Triumph on the win in DSB!

hey rick, what's your thoughts on the new dunlop tires?

sounds like everyone was pretty happy with the overall performance of the rear, didn't really hear too much on the front and associated feel.

    great job on the finishes.

First impression with no changes was the bike transitioned slower but after 2 laps I didn't notice any difference and did the same lap times as last year. They have the same random tearing and chunking at the seam lines as the GPA (at mid O anyway). I look forward to being back on Michelins personally.

No, next for me is the Grattan Pro School and the following WERA races. Then thats it this year, going to try and save for a full season next year.

I made sure to go full rookie out there and low side about 3 laps into the damp practice Saturday. Sunday in the dry was much better. I hope to be able to do it again next year with the full experience and no weather issues.
