Session 6, Intermediate Group. Trying out the new Garmin Virb Ultra 30. It's a pretty slick camera! Action starts @ 1:20. I left a bit of a long intro ... my cousin Luke was getting a kick out of helping in the pits.
Nice vid.... that's the first Garmin video I've seen - so it does all the telemetry automatically? I liked that alternate line through T3 on the one lap.... t
Haha, yeah ... I forgot how to turn for a split second there. The wrong split second. Wasn't even going particularly fast... just couldn't get all the body parts to agree. Could have easily popped back on to track earlier, but took the extra time to avoid any sudden movements. I also enjoyed the turn 1 picnic just before ;-) The Garmin Virb Edit software handled all of the overlays pretty much automatically. They have tons do different templates to start from and guages to choose from. I used iMovie for the music and picture in picture, since it was caught on e Hero Session 4. So that was a bit more of a manual process to line it up. I've read if you're using two Garmin's, their software will do the PinP for you.
Don't tell Barber, but I think NCM is becoming my favorite track ;-) It has a little of everything ... and the surface practically adds rubber to your tires. But for the love of all, get a PA!
