Race bodywork and engine covers for the bike (bye, bye street riding the R6) and a Dainese neck protector for me. It's out for delivery, I'll see how it feels tonight. Thinking about Alpinestars' winter undersuit for Barber on March. Should I hook up the heated gloves? imp:
Finally got a clear windshield..and this guy, with a PB restraint. And a big thanks to Seca for helping me fix a few things and install the PB.
Considering the new 2012 Teknic Chicane suit in white from STG to replace my old Chicane suit. Opinions?
I have previously had 2 Chicane suits. YMMV, but they are the cheapest suit for a reason. They served me ok, but they essentially fell apart in accidents. I never suffered any injury due to failure, but compared to the Excelerator suits they are pretty shoddy. Compared to other name brand suits they just aren't that well made, but they are cheap. I had a lot of repair work done to them, and in retrospect wish I had bought the higher end suits earlier.
Ummmm.....probably not on the track , but getting to the track, YES! New truck should work out nicely for that
Nice! Hopefully we'll see it in person this year... if.. you know... manage to make it out to an event! :lmao: t
goodies folding/adjustable SpeedMetal clutch/brake levers (2for1 from cycle gear) for E's Honda. both sides engine covers for my gsxr A* supertech R boots same helmet as Seca, but mine was free. his mirrored shield is way cooler than my clear one.
I'd loan you a few HP and ft. lbs. of torque if I could..........Stock numbers are......400HP and 800 ft. lbs. of torque! Can you say new PowerStroke?
I wouldn't mind a 100 ft lbs of tq extra would put me at about 500 wouldn't be bad for gas. What kinda milage you guys getting out of the new 6.7 i'm thinking powerstoke in a year or 2.
Around town I get 16 and the little towing I've done about 12-13....better than the 8-9 I was getting on the old truck :thumb:
