Does anyone use these? Any pros/cons to be aware of? I need a new battery and the idea of losing a few pounds of weight higher on the bike sounds like a good thing.

I used them before. I while I hear Shorai are better..... I never had a problem with. The batteries do way next to nothing. The wierd thing is they crank slow cold, but the more you crank, the battery warms up and as a result, the bike cranks faster. If you stay above 60F, you will likely never notice any difference.

What do you use to charge/maintain them? Is the Ballistic charger needed?

Very good batteries, the Ballistic. Been using them for the past several years.
