Did I add that I had such an incredible time as well? Thanks to anybody and everybody - the best weekend ever! Saturday second session I beat my personal best time. The very next session I beat that. Sunday second session I then beat my best time again... the very next session, AGAIN!! AND -- the last day, last session, last lap, even again! I made it to the 1:41's and it felt great doing it with no mistakes. I admit that was being pulled by a rider I trusted LOL I was running consistent 42, 43, and 44s, but I shaved nearly 3 seconds off my prior personal best - and I believe doing the Disalvo class earlier this month contributed to that. I also made a small change to my gearing which helped my 600 pull so much better on exit! I've got so much video from the 2 days - I stayed in one session Saturday afternoon due to leg cramps so I was tipped off by Eric to eat mustard (thanks!) and well, the cramps went away! Sunday I played every session I want more so bad. I'll try to sort through some tomorrow and get 'em loaded up.
I used to get horrible cramps in my hips when riding hard that would cause me to pull into the pits the pain was so bad. I started drinking Myoplex throughout the day and I have not had a cramp since. I drink one between first session and lunch then another between lunch and final session. You might be able to get away with drinking half of my serving though.
