It was an interesting day to say the least. First time at Barber (ever) on a 15yr old ZX6RR using some Rosso II street tires. Halfway through the day I found out my left fork cap was broken and basically had to compensate with the right fork for preload and dampning. Still ran consistent 47's with a low of 1:46.38 and I can see a few places I'm giving up chunks of time...things to work on next time. While I wait for the November event, I'll get the suspension sorted and mount some better rubber to break into the 39's. Can't wait to get back out there! As always, STT put on a great event!
