    A few particulars:
    IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK - STAY HOME!

    - Masks are always required indoors, and required outdoors when 6 foot distance cannot be maintained.
    - always wear a mask when in close proximity to others
    - the bathrooms will be open with a 50% occupancy limit
    - please practice, observe and make use of social distancing (6 feet between you and others)
    - this event is a non-spectator event and limited to the rider, plus limited "crew/guests"
    - Masks will be REQUIRED at Registration and Tech (you'll be turned away to retrieve them)



    **You must enter gates through GATE #6 off State Road 67 and sign the gate wavier at the registration building, prior to entering the paddock**

    **Please note gate fee policy for this event (below).**
    Gates open approximately 6:00pm on Sunday. If there is no previous event occurring on Sunday, you can enter the gates earlier than 6:00pm. However, depending on what is occurring in paddock prior to our arrival, please be prepared to wait in the staging area for up to 7:00pm. If you arrive earlier than 6pm, you may be asked to move into the staging area. ***If you make the gates and check in during gate hours, then you can come and go, in and out of the gates 24/7 as you please. However, if you DON'T make the gates during gate hours, you will have to wait until the gates reopen during gate hours to check in. Security staff will not allow you in without proper check in during gate hours.
    GATE HOURS:
    SUNDAY: 6p-9p
    MONDAY: 7a-9p
    TUESDAY: 7a-9a
    There is a $5.00 gate fee (per day) for all persons entering RAM event, please bring some cash with you.

    North Paddock: grass/paved, no electrical
    Competition Paddock: grass, no electrical
    Main Paddock: paved, 15 amp electrical
    Lower West Paddock: paved, no electrical
    West Paddock: paved, no electrical
    Upper Paddock paved, 50 amp electrical
    (The two 50 amp electrical outlets next to the medical/registration/classroom building is reserved.
    Please don't park there. You will be asked to move.)

    Helpful facts for RAM:
    * Camping is available and you pay the track for that at gate registration
    * Limited electricity available you pay the track for that at gate registration (see paddock locations above)
    * Showers are available
    * Race/Pump gas is available, credit/debit cards only
    * RV dump station available
    * Concession stand will be open for lunch (take out only)
    * Joe from TurnOne Racing will be there for Suspension service. Call ahead to make an appt early. 815-519-6267
    **Sportbike Tire Service (STS) will be available at this event. You can pre-order tires by contacting STS @ 1.888.390.4020; or sales@sportbiketireservice.com or get them track side.
    * STS Hours (may vary) are Monday (7am - 7pm) and Tuesday (7am - 3pm)

    Registration:
    Opens at 7:00am Monday and Tuesday and closes at 8:10am for the rider's meeting. Registration is located at the "Meeting Center" adjacent to the main bathrooms in the Lower West paddock. After you register, you will be handed a group sticker to place on the front of your bike, then head over to the tech area for inspection. Please do not place the group sticker on the tire fender.
    ****PLEASE BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION. YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR IT.

    Tech Inspection:

    • Tech inspection will be held in the main paddock (see map link). Please be sure to register first before heading over to the tech inspection area.
    • All Gopros (or similar cameras) that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera or camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
    • NO helmet mounted Gopros (or similar helmet mounted cameras) Unfortunately, they are NOT ALLOWED at all on track
    • NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.
    Riders Meeting:
    • There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am @ Victory Lane
    • Everyone is required to attend, including crew/spectators if they are in the paddock.
    • The riders meeting will be held at RAM Victory Lane.
    • CCS/WERA class: Please see Owen for class. Owen will advise where to meet during riders meeting

    At 9am the Novice group will remain at Victory Lane for classroom instruction and Intermediate goes on track first.

    On track schedule ALL DAYS: (lunch @ 1:00)
    **Intermediate Group 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00
    **Advanced Group 9:20, 10:20, 11:20, 12:20, 2:20, 3:20, 4:20
    **Novice Group 9:40, 10:40, 11:40, 12:40, 2:40, 3:40, 4:40

    We ride R*** or shine, please come prepared for Wisconsin weather. :eek:
    **Please keep your area clean and do not leave any race gas cans or tires or any other garbage when you leave.
