Is the Fieldsheer "Cyclone" suit acceptable for a Novice track day?
Poor man's Aerostitch-One piece, full CE Armor and reinforced in all the right places.
A friend wants to do his first day and can't afford leathers so I offered to loan him my Cyclone but don't want him to show up and not be allowed to ride.

I took a quick look at it and i think they would allow it but, i would suggest going with a full leather race suit.

It looks like the suit would be loose fitting and you don't want it to ride up on you if your sliding across the asphault.

He should be able to grab a teknic suit pretty cheap, or check the wera forum for used suits. Or i believe you can rent a suit for a track weekend.

I picked up a Fieldsheer Radar suit for around $450. I've lowsided in it once and it held up fine for what I paid. I had it repaired just to be on the safe side but I'm sure it would've been fine.
