I've only stayed at the Holliday Inn Express. the accomodations are alright, but the brutally rape your wallet for the room. I think it was about $120 for the night, circa 2005. the next time, I camped at the track for about $25- mo betta.

You might try The Roof on the west side of K'zoo. It's about an hour from Gingerman, but much easier on the wallet.

Room rates run high around GingerMan in the Summer since South Haven is a bit of a tourist trap down by the lake.

Here are some options besides the Holiday Inn Express:
    Lighthouse/Guesthouse Inn (269)639-9900
    Orchard Inn & Suites (269)637-5900
    Lake Bluff (269)637-8531
    Econo Lodge (269)637-5141
    Best Western Holland (616)396-1424
    Days Inn Holland (616)392-7001
    Holiday Inn Holland (616)394-0111

+1 on that. I just spent $200 @ Comfort Suites, but am brining the wife, kid & dog. I didn't want to stay too far away.

Is anyone going from the Ann Arbor/Detroit area with an open spot? I've been dying to ride Gingerman this year since I've been doing Grattan non-stop with nothing to break it up...
