Anyone know the fastest lap time on 2 wheels at Grattan? I think its in the mid 1:20s. Like a 1:25 or something. Thats just flat out flying. The lap records on the grattan web site are about 5 years old.
I saw Jensen & Wood take turns demolishing the lap record at summit point last month. That man has absolutely no fear. when he crashes, he doesn't just bang the bike up a little, he utterly annihilates them. :shock:
Jensen seems to crash a lot more than those guys, though. I suppose that's why he's still the king of club racers and not swingiing with the big boys in AMA... Still, I've heard that by cherry picking contingencies & double points weekends, he makes as much as the top pros, at least as far as prize money is concerned.
Jensen was running top 5 in AMA Supersport a couple years ago. I forget what track, but he's legitimately quick.
