I just wanted to thank all of the STT Novice instructors over this past weekend at Grattan, especially Travis, Dennis, and Justin. Had a great time, and learned so much from you guys.

You guys are great about turning around in mid corner and giving us the thumbs up. That lets us know that we're not going quite as fast as we think we are. Good ego check for the novice rider.

I can't wait till next year.

HAHAHA, ive never thought of it as an ego check, but I like it!

Note that this is one of the most humbling sports. Just when you think you are super fast, you either crash or get passed by a 250. Just remember to not let an ego get in the way and always laugh in your helmet when you do get passed by a smaller bike.....then follow him, to see how he did it!

There... fixed it for ya  Been there... followed her.

Troy is right, this is a avery humbling sport. We all started somewhere, and there will always be a faster rider passing you on the outside to prove the point.

We do this because we enjoy helping other people master their bikes and improve their skills. We are glad you enjoyed the day and we were able to help. See you out next year!!

We get humbled sometimes too. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's had a student going a little faster than we were wanting to go at the time, whether it was due to a wet or cool track, or just a hot rider.
