Thanks to Monte and the crew for yet another great time @ Mid Ohio Also a special thanks to Monte for letting me move to advanced, for both days afternoon sessions. It was quiet eye opening to be able to see the rivets on some of the bikes when they blew past me :lol: . I was the slow azz on the Black FZR600 . I hope I didn't cause any of you advanced guys an issue when going by me ( i.e was I predictable ) Now the Bad News , the Fizzy is starting to Pop out of 3rd gear , quiet disconcerting when heeled over going into a corner. Ill stick to Intermediate , don't want some way faster guy giving me a proctology exam when that happens. It's a very occasional pop out. I'll just go to 4th instead and stay in the slowerr group. Slacker boy! Mr Dunphy Fix that clutch and get your butt in advanced where you belong. No excuses accepted. You have enough time to get that clutch fixed. Bring out the meanie if you can't get the old FZR working properly. O'Toole
Justin, fix it. if it won't stay in gear, it's not safe to ride and has absolutely no business being on the track, period. If you don't feel it's safe to ride in Advanced, what makes it safe in Intermediate?

i had a 2002 yzf600r that did the same exact thing. would pop outta 3rd in high rpm's.. i was told there was some kit to replace some arm or something.. it was like $350 for the kit.. i ended up trade'n it in on a 2006 cbr600rr lol... and i was at mid-"o" on the 2nd in intermediate... it was a blast.. first time i was ever at mid-"o" for anything.. a very nice place... and bigtime hats off to monte and everybody that was responsible for a greatly organized and extremely fun event....
