Next weekend at Barber will be my first time riding with STT. I was a bit late in signing up and had to take Novice spots. While I've never ridden Barber before it's probably a good thing for me to start out slow there. If a CR sees fit, will there be any problem with me bumping up to Intermediate or will class size determine the amount of riders in any given group? Did that make any sense at all?
talk to me when you get there. i think the barber event is quite sold out....but we will try to make sure everyone is in the right groups.
If it's sold out, it could be tough to move up, unless someone happens to move down. If you end end up running well, be sure to let one of the instructors know that you're interested in moving up. It never hurts to ask. If nothing else, Barber is a big track & I'm sure you'll be able to find plenty of open space to run as fast as you want in the Novice group, especially by the end of the day. By the way, my parents live in Winter Haven. Might see you at Jennings or Barber some day.
at sold out events, group size will determine your opportunity to move up. Mark Sheldon, our Southern Region Director has final say on this. Thanks and we'll see you there! Monte
