I have a well-maintained Honda EX1000 generator for sale. I used it for running one set of tire warmers and a pit fan. My son got his own set of warmers for Christmas, so I had to buy a bigger generator. Synthetic oil has been changed more often than needed, and it is in excellent condition. I hope to not have to ship it, but will meet you in the Atlanta area unless you pay shipping. The specs say it weighs 57lbs. These go for well over $500 on the used market. I'll take $450.
