are you talking the fore/aft distance between the ped and the shift pad? if so, the satos i have on my ducati gave me a choice of two pedal pad locations....

here's a shot of the satos for your bike, from stg's site, you can see they have the pad in the "far" position

Foot placement will make a huge difference in the ability to toe the shifter. One Second Faster http://www.onesecondfaster.com has the widest range of adjustment of any rearset that I've found. I'm 6'8" with a size 14 & they accommodate me rather well.
it's also important to have the the balls of your feet on the pegs. as a result, I've never had an issue with the shifter & I've never dragged a toe.
if that doesn't work, maybe try GP shift.

    good luck,
    Lance

The Sato's I put on my R6 have an adjustment for the shift pad and for the shift arm itself. I would guess approximately two inches of total adjustability. I can highly recommend the Sato's, and they have been through a minor lowside with no issues. And STG had them at a great price...
