I was wondering if there were any tricks to getting the tail installed without removing the battery tray/rear fender? It seems as if the tail will not fit unless I remove the fender and I am reluctant in doing so and do not want to cut/trim the OEM to make this fit. I did purchase the Woodcraft Armour Bodies as FYI.

    Thanks in advance.

I have no experience with the Armour Bodies, but every other set I've put on my bike I was able to get one side over the tray, then flex it over the other side. Should have enough flexibility to stretch over.

My wife's 06 cbr with optimal fairings I had to do that.. put it on on side I generally did it from the right to left.. then stretch the lower lip over the battery/tool tray. Ya have to move both. Then it falls in place.. be mindful it feels tight..

I take no responsibility if you break anything

Same here on Peggy's 04 600RR..... It's tight, but it can be done.
