STT or track staff will have it ready for you at the gate, in addition to that, you will have to register for the day at the "tech" area.

It all depends on where the "tech" area is, it is different for each track. Registration and bike tech are at the same location.
Nothing to print and bring - you'll sign a track waiver at the gate before entering the track, and then sign another form at registration which is inside the track. There's a pile of forms and clipboards at the reg. table where you'll get your lunch ticket and group sticker. Then take your bike through tech where someone will sign the sticker. If you're going to be at RA this weekend - you'll sign the track waiver as you enter the track. Not 100% sure if that'll be at the guard stand or at the registration building. Then when you're inside the paddock, you'll fill out the registration form and tech your bike near the STT rig. They'll have a sign out and you'll see a table with bananas and honey buns.
