There are a few Mini road race clubs still alive and well in the southeast. Josh Herrin owns a track in north east Georgia that is used for this purpose!

This are the kind of bike that is used to train future motorcycle GP racers.

Both my kids learned to ride/race on the following modified machines: CRF50, crf50 clone 125cc/138cc/140cc, CR150R, KX110/165cc, TTR110, XR100, CR60, KX/RM65, KTM65, CR80/5, RM85....... They were fortunate to be able to ride/race some other peoples machines over the last 5 years not just their own bikes.

    Thanks for your time.
