As this is the first track day with STT, I just wanted to say a few things. First off, a huge thanks and job well done by the Stt Staff and track coaches. The whole weekend went off without a hitch and seemed to be a very well tuned machine.

    My observations,
Riders meeting: There was a tone of great information put out and many things were touched on that are just not touched on at many of the other track days that I've been to.

Track time: All the sessions transitioned very well from "N","I", and "A" with no down time though out the weekend that I noticed.

Track Coaches: I don't know who picks those guys or what criteria they have to meet. But keep up the standard, they were very instrumental in helping myself as I'm sure many, many others find there way around the track.

Sign up and Tech.: This went pretty darn smooth as I have had in the past had to stand around and wait on a long line in both areas.

Tire service: Very quick turn around with very little down time for myself.

Corner workers/Crash truck: Thanks for being out there guys, as working the corners and C.T. is not a ton of fun at all, but it’s something that has to be done. There were a few mishaps and they were cleared up rather quickly, with what I thought was very little down time.

I think I have found my “home/organization†for doing track days. Good job STT!

Hey Mark. Sorry I could not remember you screen name. But thanks for the great eats there Friday night and breakfast Sunday morning. You've deff. got the track day outing going on in your pit. All you need now is a big white pimp hat, disco ball, and a stripper pole brotha.

It was a great weekend as usual for an STT event. I had a great time for my first experience at Tally and will definitely be back there. I enjoyed seeing the regular faces and also meeting some new. One great thing about the STT events is staying at the track and meeting many friends that have the same passion for this sport. Thanks again Marc for cooking this weekend. I do believe any weight loss from sweating was gained back from eating.

All of the track coaches were awesome to work with. Thumbs up to all of the event staff!

I too would like to cast a positive comment or two towards the Little T event and STT in general. I started doing track days in 2005, at the age of 50. Last year, I met someone that was into motorcycles and riding and after watching me do a T.D. at Putnam, bought a bike and started doing track days too.....at the tender age of 53. We both attended Little T this weekend and had a blast. This was her first "I" event and she did very well. She was running in the 15's after she learned the track and got some advice from Jeff about getting her butt off of the seat a whole lot more than she was doing. I've been telling her the same thing, but I think it is more "official" coming from an instructor. Peg is only 5' 3" and was convinced that she would never be able to get a knee on the ground but this weekend she got 'er done.

So, let me say a great big thanks to STT staff and organization for a very well run event and the friendly and helpful instuctor/track coaches. I/we had a great time and look forward to doing many more events with STT.

No, actually were not OLD enough for a Beemer. She was on the Red/Silver CBR600F4 and I was riding the all black CBR1000RR with number 215 on the front.

I am very, very impressed with STT as well, and told Marc on Sunday he ran a very tight ship. Being a female and entering in this sport (addiction!) there comes alot of speculation, and even doubt. But the instructors, and most on the track, really don't care about gender...it's about being safe and having fun.

Which is what Marc, Lois, and his team do very, very well!!

The "Novice" instructors gave me the fundamentals, the guidance to know when to expand on my limits, and most importantly...trust the bikes ability!

Felix Kay (STT Instructor) said, "When you think the bike won't do it. BELIEVE that it will." Felix, after pulling some tight turns at Tally, and Barber's...I assure you...I BELIEVE! And that statement, has become a mantra when this 'newbie' pulls too much speed in a turn that I thought would get me an appointment with the crash truck. (Lori, I am glad we didn't have to meet that way.)

Jacob and Noah (tire techs) were always a great wealth of knowledge too. "What PSI should I have..."

I ran my first "I" group at Tally, and although I was a bit timid in Turn 3 (after extending the track to the grass (ha ha), Kenny worked with me, and by the end of the day...I "believed," and finally mastered it.

There's a lot to learn, but one thing is for sure: I RESPECT the bike, and listen to those that are not just a helluva lot faster, but have an appreciation for the 'addiction.'

STT strives for all of us to be SAFE and HAVE FUN, and if I wasn't off to Hawaii...I'd start an allotment from my Bank...cause this girl is addicted!!

    Thanks STT!

I hope to see you all soon!!!

Sunday was my first trackday with STT. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and eager to help. I had previously done an intro trackday at Barber with "the other organization" and did not have as enjoyable or informative experience. STT runs a very smooth, professional, and safe (as safe as riding sportbike can be) event. Thanks for a great time. I probably will not be able to make another event this year but rest assured I will be back next year to hone my skills some more. Once again Thanks.
