How much slower is a ninja 500? I'm signed up for for Advanced at Grattan this sunday. I can run consistent 1:29s-1-30s on my 07 R6, so I'm not that fast. I was planning on bringing my ZX10 this weekend which should run similar times. Long story short, a ninja 500 with your typical track mods and slicks ended up in my garage. I've never ridden one before. Is this thing going to be too slow for advanced? And yes I do know the whole advanced is lines and consistency and all that...but I don't want to be "that guy" rolling roadblock if this thing ends up being a turd. So would you bring the ZX10 or the ex500. Advice?
I would bring them both LOL never put any laps on a ex500 but there has been a handful of 300's in A just stay right on the front straight
