I recently bought a '06 YZ250 from a guy who's much smaller than I am. It's my first dirtbike, so I won't be setting the world on fire with it, but I would like to have the setup somewhat close. I was wondering if anybody on here could recommended somebody in the Northern Indiana/Southern Michigan area to do a basic mx suspension service and setup?
I know many people who use Tech-Care - http://www.tech-care.com/ . I've personally not used them, but many of the guys in my dirt bike club do. They are in Waterford, MI, not necessarily close to Indiana, but they know their stuff. There are several others in the metro Detroit area, MCR Suspension in Metamora (near Flint), JPSpeed in Holly, and Speed Technologies in Howell. All seem to be pretty reputable based on feedback from other friends. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with any in the southwest part of MI or northern IN. Hope this helps!
Second mx tech. They know there stuff and spent a lot of time working with AF500 bikes from service. Not the cheapest but one of the best
