It's important to understand STT's fine print (which is actually just a normal font size on our website, in plain view) so let's review a few excerpts. These rules are in place on the admin side to make the experience "smooth and predictable" -- just like you on the track! Read the full language here: Policies & Procedures Terms & Conditions A few important details to highlight: Cancellations and changes must be received in writing via email at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date. Upon receipt of this written notification refunds will be given, less a 15% administrative charge only if a cancellation request is received 30 days in advance in writing via email Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to an event will be granted a credit for another track date useable for a period of six months from the date the credit is issued (credits are tracked and are non-transferable). No cancellations will be accepted 14 days or less prior to an event but members do have the option to sell or give away their spot to another member. Members Only! Members may give or sell a trackday to a member of the same skill group. STT must be notified of the give/sell in writing via email no less than 48 hours prior to the event (this means by 7am EST the Thursday before a Sat/Sun event weekend). The person who you are giving or selling your spot to must be a current STT member. STT memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Like those sweet Membership Benefits?
