This will be my first time riding at RA and was curious about camping costs. This may be a bit premature, but I've rented an RV for the weekend and want to reserve a site for it. Just trying to be prepared for once!!
I looked at a few of the older "Facts for Road America" postings but wasn't able to answer my question. Are camping costs the same as is listed on the RA website? Camping w/ electric for $140, w/o electric $90 per night? Is this accurate for STT events as well? I get that for the MotoAmerica or Indy Car weekends, but it seems a bit steep for a smaller event. Thanks in advance! Cheers!

Camping is typically $50-60 bucks for weekend. Pay when you get to track on Friday evening. No reserved spots to my knowledge. I think they charge extra for electrical...maybe another $30-40? *

Camping costs are NOT the same as listed on RA website...those are for the big spectator events. Camping for STT is in the paddocks, rather than in the other campgrounds used for spectator events.

*disclaimer, not STT staff or anything, just have been to STT Road America events a lot.

Thanks, this is pretty much what I expected. I just didn't want to get caught out with no where to camp when I get there Friday night.
