I'm really stressed over this weekend. I really want to ride Grattan again and it is the same weekend as Putnam. Since Putnam is only 30 minutes from home it is way cheaper but I really loved my last trip to Grattan. Matt
I'm in the same boat kinda. I already decided on Grattan. It's worth the extra 4 hours for me. After so many trips to Putnam its time to switch it up.
Look forward to it I always have fun at Putnam. Grattan is tempting but given the choice I will take Putnam. :thumb:
I'm taking off two days of work to drive 7 hours to come to Putnam. It'll be the first time either me or my buddy have been and I'm sure it will be worth it.
In for both. :woot: I've heard they've done some work to the track since last year. Any truth to that?
They have extended the turn 10 curbing I believe. Plus they built a club house for their members. I asked on their FB page if they would consider air fence in turn 10 as well but they said it was too expensive.
Didnt think about their FB page. I was hoping they took out some of the "character" in turn 2 and wherever else it was.
Yikes! Half wore out the bike at Road America. Time to get wrenching! Oh, wait.... Should at least show my face at work, huh?
Putnam doesn't allow camping. Best bet is to stay in Cloverdale. You'll have to get a hotel for Saturday night, also.
