First a quick thanks to Brian and his STG staff for helping me out fitting a Scorpion EXO-700 at Grattan on Saturday. I was skeptical at first, but the 700 flows a bunch of air (does make it noisy, though) the anti-fog really works, easy shield replacement, the liner is removable and washable, it's DOT and SNELL. Only niggle is that, while the shield does have good indexing in the open positions, it lacks a positive lock in the closed position like Arai or Shoei. Still, $140 well spent. Saturday a.m. the anti-fog alone was worth it.

Second, thanks to Mike at STG for suggesting a 190/55 rear on my GSXR as opposed to the stock 190/50. Gave the bike just enough additional rear ride-height that I could actually feel the front earning it's keep through the Bus Stop.
