I want to thank all of you for a great 2007 riding season... and for the time and effort all of the instructors have given me over the course of the year... I spent the last weekend at Barber and saw my lap time drop from 1:50's in March to the low 1:40's last weekend...

Our prayers go out to the injured riders from the weekend... I speak from experience having broken both collar bones... God's speed in your recovery and we hope to see you in 2008 !

When I was last talking to K3, I mentioned to him that this past summer has probably been one of the funnest and most memorable summers of my life. It seems as if it was spent entirely at the track!

Through the 30 or so days I've done this year I've gotten to know a bunch of you better, and what a wonderful bunch of people to know. There were a lot of good times this year to be sure... both on and off the track.

I've come a long ways in my riding this year... couldn't have done it without the help of some of you guys.. in particular K3, X, and John Laconte. Thank you guys.

To Monte and Bonnie: you guys run such an awesome organization - thank you for a wonderful year. I look forward to much riding with STT next year and wish both of you much continued and deserved success.

    best,
    trevor

  4. Thank's for being part of the Wisconsin Wingnut group Trev,ya fit right in!!Looking forward to next year for sure(sound's so final....yuck)We did have a blast, and yes,it's been a joy watching you evolve rather quickly as a rider and the best is yet to come!!Also, you've been a great addition to our group and we're lucky to have you. When I say group I don't mean click, that's what's great about what we do,we are all like minded people, and when the first time novice, and the vet Advance rider put's on they're lid's,we are all the same, and that's a beautiful thing!!

Definitely. I'm tentatively planning on march 17-18 @ barber, plus a yet to be determined trip to the midwest in July. I can't wait to collaborate with Stefano; that will be great.

Wow! What a season. Thank you Bonnie & Monte.

You run the best Track Day organization with the best staff and track support period. Not only have I been successful at improving my riding skills this past year but, you guys have improved your organization over the years to a level that other groups can't even comprehend.

Riding is only one aspect of doing what we do. More importantly, the friendships that have developed in the past years are irreplaceable. If I stop track riding today (fat chance), I could never forget the fun and challenge that STT has provided.

Monte, I sat through no less than 25 riders meetings this year and always look forward to the way you communicate the same mundane information with a funny twist. Never boring.

Bonnie, I picture you sitting in your new sling chair with your water misting bottle at the ready, telling Monte to pick up that dog poop!

Buck & Jeff, Where the hell have you been?

Brian, I am out of cigarettes. Now I want a deal on tires.

Troy, Always willing to give good advise.
Michelle, Its always fun laughing at Laconte with you!

Track Coaches, You guys, K3, Trevor, Burton, Bart, X and Mrs. Meekma are the best. With the exception of Mitch. (You are one sick dude on your scooter)

I look forward to seeing all you guys in Spring. I can't wait! :D

Dude.... if Jen sees you refer to her as Mrs. Meekma she's gonna kick your butt!!!! I'm just sayin'.....

For the record I think she kept her name...

Seriously though, on top of what everyone else has stated (couldn't have said it better myself), helping to bring Shadow Video to STT events in Mi. has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences (from a personal, friendship and riding point of view) in my life. I would like to extend my thanks to Monte and Bonne for providing me (and us) with this opportunity. I'd also like to thank all of the STT riders -Novice-Intermediate-Advanced-Control Riders/Instructors as without you, none of this would be possible. Every year that goes by just keeps getting better and better and I honestly can't see how next year will be any different!

  12. Thank-you STT! I had the best summer of riding I've ever had. God Bless Bonnie, Monte and the STT Staff for their kindness and patience. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and have pictures to prove it!

Everyone be safe over the winter. Hope to see you this spring.

    Kindest Regards,

Awwww schucks.... Knock it off guys.

Seriousely. This awesome thing we all enjoy is a sum of a great group of Coaches and members. STT just seems to draw a really great group of riders.

Thanks for the kudos but the credit really needs to go to all of you.

... and yes, I kept my name. Too much paperwork to change it, and our last names are only a few letters different anyway.

Edit: Oh yeah, some of you might not know yet, yes, we eloped. Surprise!

    Now, back on topic ...

I'll add my thanks to the chorus. This past summer was super fun, super educational, and super challenging. It was awesomeness to get to know a whole lot of fantastic people in the process. Thanks to Monte and Bonnie for giving us all a place to play!

    Great year

I would like to add my thanks to everyone at STT. I met a lot of new people and really enjoyed the riding and conversation. This year, I experienced my first and second crash and it is because of the safe and organized event that STT provides that I walked away with only a couple bruises. Of course, I am not counting the bruised ego or the bruises my wife gave me when I got home.

I wish everyone a happy and safe winter season and hopefully, we can get together at some point. Maybe we can do the bike show again this year.

    Take care and ride safe,
    Brian

Yup it was fun this year , I think I did about 15 days mainly concentrated around Mid O. Started on a Fizzy 600 ended up on a Gixxer 750, had my first real crash @ Beaver Run ( andf no it wasnt fun ) , 60 mph low side. Bike is already fixed up , coolant drained witing on next year.
Track Days the most fun you can have with your clothse on

See you all next year .
