Yeah...4 & 5 are maintenance items but they're things that I'm gonna do regardless of it not causing a misfire. It's mainly for piece of mind knowing it's been done.

I got you on the fuel pump bro! Checked and cleaned the filter sock on my Gixxer when I plugged it into the wrong plug. It wasn't the problem but it needed it anyway. Not really hard to do.

I'll hit you up when I get there. Just got my plugs in. Hopefully this weekend, I can get to it.

    THAT WAS IT!!!!!

I replaced the plugs, reinstalled the Power Commander and quick shifter, charged the battery, changed the oil and BAM!.....she's purring like a kitty. Now, I gotta get her on the track to make sure she doesn't act up again. I'm gonna do a little more maintenance....it's obvious she was neglected some in certain areas.
When buying a used bike, boys and girls, ask a lot of question about the bike and it's maintenance.....or you'll end up in a situation like this.
Thanks to everyone that posted suggestions to try and experiences they had. I appreciate your input. See you on the track.

So was one of the plugs bad or just old ?

I think they were old....none of them looked damaged or in real bad condition. I'm almost willing to bet they could of been the original plugs from Suzuki. The bike had 12K+ miles on it...

I flushed the coolant and used Water Wetter, cleaned the K&N air filter element, and did some more safety wiring. I picked up a brake fluid reservoir bracket and Tygon tubing from Kurvey Girl, that's the next item to install.

I think she should be good to go...
