Can anyone share what diameter of tubing they use on safety wire?

Hmm, I had been doing searching to see what the go-to tubing people used was in trick looking safety wire setups and Tygon kept coming up, I would definitely agree it's overkill. Cat5 sheathing is definitely a clever solution, or I might just take a trip to the hardware store to find something the right size.

Also Fish tank tubing works.....I used that for many years.... If it will protect the wire anything will do.... The Tygon is overkill for just wire IMO...

Dirt bike gas cap vent tubing for color or I just grab clear vinyl at the hardware.
    1/16" or something

1/4 Vinyl from the hardware store is like 18 cents a foot and stays flex down to about "way too fucking cold to ride" temps
